In the event that of a manufacturing defect, confirmed by our Service Team within the warranty period, Waldent will provide a complimentary replacement of the original product, part, or component, or offer necessary repairs, as outlined in our General Terms and Conditions. To ensure full warranty coverage, products must be registered within 20 days of purchase, with the purchase invoice attached as proof. Failure to register within this timeframe may limit the warranty's full scope of benefits.

 

General Terms & Conditions:

Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that arise during normal use of the product, as defined by Waldent’s usage guidelines. It does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, installation errors, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

Validity: The product warranty is valid in India only

Exclusions:

  1. Physical damage including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, or power surges.
  2. Wear and tear from normal use (such as discoloration, abrasions, etc.).
  3. Consumable items like batteries, bulbs, or disposable accessories.

Service or Replacement:

  1. Waldent reserves the right to repair the defective part or replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent product or part.
  2. All replacements are subject to product availability.

Shipping and Handling: Waldent provides a free of cost facility of reverse pick-up of certain products from the customer’s place that ca be availed by registering a complaint on +91-9403 323232. In case, if the customer decides to self-ship the product to our service centre the shipping costs for sending the product to Waldent’s service center are borne by the customer. Waldent will cover the return shipping costs after warranty service is completed.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, must be presented to avail of the warranty services.

Warranty Transfers: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Liability: Waldent’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product under warranty. Waldent is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of use or loss of profit, beyond the scope of the warranty.
